1 cup almond milk
16 ounces Whipped Cream Topping

3 quarts of sliced strawberries
1 lime (juiced)

Step 1 – Whisk together dry ingredients and set aside
(salt, flour and baking powder)
Step 2 – In a new bowl cream together shortening and sugar
Step 3 – Add in the mashed banana and vanilla extract
Step 4 – Preheat oven to 350 and spray a 9X11 baking pan
Step 5 – Alternate between adding the dry ingredients and milk into sugar mixture
Step 6 – Place mixture into pan and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the knife comes out clean.
Then set aside when done.
Step 7 – In a sauce pan cook the strawberries, sugar and lime juice at medium heat until sugar has dissolved
Step 8 – When both the strawberries and cake are cool you can began to layer. Cut the cake in half, put a coat of Whipped Cream Topping then strawberries and repeat.
Place your cake in the fridge until it is time to eat.
