:: Ingredients ::
3/4 cup Butter (room temp)
3/4 cup Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Sugar
1 egg
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
3/4 cup Chocolate Chip Mini’s
:: Instructions ::
Step 1 – Cream butter in electric mixer for 2 minutes
Step 2 – Add both brown and regular sugar into the butter
Step 3 – Mix in egg and vanilla
(Scrape sides & bottom of the bowl as needed)
Step 4 – In a separate bowl whisk dry ingredients, except chocolate chips
Step 5 – Gradually add dry mix into wet mix at a 1/4 at a time until fully mixed together
Step 6 – Add chocolate chips
Step 7 – Preheat oven at 350 degrees
Step 8 – Roll 1 tbsp of cookie dough onto a ball on a cookie sheet and space an inch apart until full
Step 9 – Bake cookies for exactly 9 minutes
Let them cool
