Mom’s Oatmeal Burgers

One of my moms top meals that she used to make me when I was little was always her hamburgers!

 I recently made them for a dinner gathering, which was perfect for both kids and adults.

The flavor is simple but delicious.

:: I N G R E D I E N T S ::

1/2 a pound Lean Ground Beef

1/4 cup Onion, Diced

3/4 cup Oatmeal Oats

1 Egg

Salt & Pepper

:: I N S T R U C T I O N S ::

Step 1 – Place all of the ingredients in a bowl and mash together with your hands or spoon (I use my hands)

Step 2 – Round out your burgers

Step 3 – On medium heat cook your burger 8-10 minutes on each side

*Cook to liking*

Place on a bun or alone.
