Homemade Pancakes

:: Ingredients ::

1 1/2 cups of Flour

3 1/2 tsp Baking Powder

1/2 tsp Salt

1 tbsp Sugar

1/4 tsp Cinnamon

–

3 tbsp Butter (melted)

1 1/4 cups of Almond Milk

1 Egg

:: Instructions ::

Step 1 – Sift together all the dry ingredients in a medium bowl

Step 2 – One by one add the butter, milk and egg

Step 3 – Let batter sit for 15 minutes before using

Step 4 – Heat up a pan to medium

Step 5 – Butter the pan each time before using and place a 1/4 cup of the batter a good inch apart for each pancake

Step 6 – When the pancake bubbles it is ready to flip

Step 7 – Let it cook for 2 minutes or until browned and then remove from heat

Add some jam, honey, syrup, fruits and or chocolate! Whatever!

It’s your breakfast and you can make it as delicious as you want!
