:: I N G R E D I E N T S ::
2 medium avocados
1/4 cup Onions, Minced
2 tsp Garlic, Minced
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 lemon, Juiced
1 tbsp Jalapeno, Minced
1 tsp salt
Sprinkle of Pepper
:: I N S T R U C T I O N S ::
Step 1 – Cut the avocados length wise in half; going around the pit
Carefully separate avocado and pit with knife
Step 2 – Scoop all the avocado insides out, and smash it with a fork
Step 3 – Mix in the onions, garlic, olive oil, juice of the lime, jalapeño, salt and pepper
If you need more salt, add more
Eat guac with chips, crackers, raw veggies or even on toast.
