Something about warm soup on a cold night while watching a movie makes me complete.

My old roommate used to make something similar to this, but I tweaked it.

:: I N G R E D I E N T S ::

1 cup Broccoli, Chopped

1 cup Brussel Sprouts, Chopped

1 cup Spinach, Chopped

1/4 cup Green Onion, Chopped

1 1/2 tbsp Bouillon (chicken flavor)

1 tbsp Butter

5 cups Water

Handful of Rice Noodles

2 Eggs, Beaten

*Salt if needed*

:: I N S T R U C T I O N S ::

Step 1 – Place chopped broccoli, sprouts, spinach, green onions and water into a medium pot at medium heat

Step 2- Add bouillon and butter to soup

Step 3 – Once brought to a boil add the rice noodles and let it cook for 4-5 minutes

Step 4 – Turn up the heat close to high and let boil

Step 5 – Quickly add the beaten eggs into soup and continuously mix for 2 minutes

Step 6 – Turn off the heat and dish out your bowl

Easy & Tasty!!

*Know that if you are not a fan of one of my veggies you can switch it out for a veggie of your choice. Just chop it up the same way and follow the steps.*
